I’m Stephen, 64, a man who’s lived, lost, and learned.

Over 45 and stuck in the corporate grind? I get it. I’ve survived the fire—wrote a book on increasing ROI on organisational change programmes, built a home in a semi-trailer, and nursed my wife to her last breath.

Now, I live rootless, train Muay Thai, and play bass and drums (for myself only).
